SKB has three different distribution strategies:
- Port of Beirut to large publishers and print shops
- Store to print shops, publishers, and bookshops
- Store to distribution companies servicing the retail sector
SKB has a total of seven trucks that cover Beirut and the whole of Lebanon. Our goal is to keep improving logistics and distribution with the purpose of best servicing our clients. We conduct the following:
- Appropriately design and monitor warehouse space usage
- Monitor our vehicles’ capacity and consumption
- Develop and share sales forecasts with suppliers for future reference
- Track productivity schedule and activities for lead time purposes
- Ask for certification from suppliers to ensure consistent quality
- Monitor the customer satisfaction level and conduct customer analysis for all claims
