The Industrial Design Tool Kit features several of the most popular and required tools for shaping industrial clays. Hardened wire is shaped and hand-ground to the half-moon cutting and shaping edge. Kit includes four cutting and shaping wires, two rakes for cutting and forming, one finisher blade, and one tempered steel.

Round hardened wire is shaped and hand ground to half-moon with flat side on outside edge
Wire is brazed together and inserted 2” into pre-drilled wooden handle
Wire is epoxied in place with brass ferrule for a long-lasting, secure bond

Tips:
Hard clay is easiest to carve with tools, where softer clays are easiest to smooth by hand
Clean after each use to prolong life
Use these tools in conjunction with Chavant Clay to achieve a Class "A" finish when designing your tooling.
